It's a batch prepared mix that is loaded full of essence associated with holiday season, which makes it ideal for hosting a holiday party. Reserve the remaining cordial you can use for breakfast cocktails, desserts, or to make additional servings of this cocktail.

Serves 10 people
For the Clementine Cordial (yields 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Drink (makes 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml good quality vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (as made above)
Fresh cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Directions
Making the Citrus Syrup: Combine every items into a pan, heat until it reaches a light boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove from the stove and let it to cool down completely. Decant to a clean bottle, seal keeping it in the fridge, where it will keep for about a month.
To make Batch Mix: Combine every liquid ingredients into one big jug, leave to sit for one hour, then strain , ideally through a fine cloth, so it's completely strained.
When ready to serve: Pour 85ml of your cocktail base to a mixing glass containing ice, and stir carefully for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Pour to a cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, top with some cranberries adding the final touch using a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
